Nokia sucks live:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InmpAS1vtLc
I am a former Nokia Management executive, but I am really disappointed with Nokia’s recent performances. I owned a 6820 for about a year and the keys started falling off for no reason. I took the phone to Nokia for repair which I was going to have to pay for (even it was clearly a poor design) and after 4 months of following up they just keep saying “no parts available” Poor design, poor service NO backup.
While the phone was in for repair I decided to buy an E61 because it had a SIP VoIP over WiFi function built in, well guess what? It doesn’t work and no end of forums or complaints has resulted in anything. How can a huge international company get away with such terrible false promises?
Yep, Nokia SUX!
I worked at Nokia CDMA in San Diego until recently. The company is the most immoral company I have ever worked for. Their senior manangers were having affairs with engineers, employees were treated poorly, favoritism runs wide. The Finnish senior managemnt in Europe has their heads up their A** and are more interested in being Finnish than running an ethical company. Many who are still there ,after 2/3 have been layed off, should be fired for illegal labor practices and immoral behavior!
i just bought nokia N95 8GB, after 1 month i used it, suddenty the screen got blank, and send it back to nokia services, which is ntill now they can't fixed it, and has no resposible at all to their customer, ... DON'T FUCKING BUY NOKIA PRODUCT... NOKIA SUCKS.
DD. INDONESIA
Nokia sucks, bought phone day 1, hang day 4, send for repairs day 5, asked for a swap, no... ok fine... electronic items are not faultless. got back from day 8, phone spoilt becos of the SAME PROBLEM day 9, send for repairs day 11. ask for replacement. NONONONONONONONO! Ask if phone can be replaced if spoilt because of the same problem for third time, the answer is NONONONOONONONONONO!
Damn screwed up experience. Never buy a Nokia again. I hope they crash and burn.
YES! YES! Nokia sucks ass!! I just saw it's new touch phone named 5800XM and it's totally a copy of iPhone, plus the os S60 really sux, how can it beat iPhone??? GO TO HELL, NOKIA!
Nokia sucks because all they are trying to do is to fool the possible buyers.
For a long while I have not seen a single full featured Nokia with nice design. No matter what price it is.
They are bloating the market with lots of crappy phones and make people choose among these.
Not that they can't make a good phone just because they don't want to. Once design is there it's always a simple phone. If it has some features it sure lacks the others. This way they think people will renew their phones every year.
Think for instance Apple, Samsung, LG. They are at least showing some effort to create full-featured phones.
Nokia go to hell.
Nokia is trying to steal program SymSMB from software developer, see details at www.telexy.com
Yes, Nokia SUX!
This collection of Emails is getting a bit long!
But I do not intend to go away.
Nokia seem to have lost the plot, and only care about corporate greed and making sure they have enough money to pay top brass bonus's.
Back in the Days when Oki, Motorola Startec, were top sellers, Nokia went out of their way to make good phones.
On doing a search of the net, it seems to be a growing issue, that Nokia are not giving any kind of after sales service.
Poor build quality. Incomplete software loading. No service and No back up.
How many quotes would you like.
I know for a fact you still sell the N76 in the States, yet there are only back covers for this phone there, Hows that for service.
I have been trying to get help from you for a problem which is due to your poor build ability. This has now been growing on for over10weeks. and all I get is apologies.
I have two phones that look like shit.
Now when someone asks why I own such poor looking phone, I just say "It is only a few months old. If you want a phone to look good and last, do not buy Nokia"
You need to be careful, when selling in NZ as you are liable under 'Our Consumer Guarantee' act.
If your product does not meet with certain conditions you are liable to repair or replace.
The only way forward for Nokia is to come back to the end user, and listen to what they are saying.
This releasing substandard phones will hurt your market share, this should be obvious to any consumer orientated company, regardless of market size.

Nokia really SUCKS, bought a basic phone as am financially screwed up because of this fucking recession. the next day i went out of station. getting hang, getting switch off and on automatically. I have approached more than 4 times for repairing. Nokia Service Center sucks as well. --------Please guide me how to sue NOKIA---I am damn sure that i'll never use this brand, and i'll make sure that all of ma frinds and relatives are aware of this problem.. NOKIA SUCKS.. AM GONNA SUE THEM.. you can reach me at gneedsd@gmail.com
your site sux ass fags
I like to put phones in my ass and ring them I lub teh nokia and I am a former Nokia Management executive I also worked at Nokia CDMA in San Diego until recently when I got fail aids and fuck my brother!!!! yeah baby!
I love nokia and big chocolate cocks hey hey yeah choco cocks and phones in my ass - just hanging with my wiggas and I shat out a phone!!! yeah

you guys are just jealous of how cool my nokia and best pal are they are so cool and you are jealous
anal
I just can't believe how many times I've stood up for Nokia to friends who were shopping for a new phone... until I had the opportunity to get my hands on one of their products myself (N85). There are MANY things that piss me off in this phone, but I'll just point this very annoying one: the email client. Does it support HTML mail, you'd ask? Why yes, yes it does.
But ONLY if you create an account at nokiamessaging, which may or may not be a paid service in the future, but CERTAINLY is offline A LOT. And by A LOT I mean ENOUGH TO MISS CRITICAL MESSAGES. And by that I don't mean hours (which would be enough to render the service unusable), but DAYS or even WEEKS at a time!
But don't miss the important point here: you get plain text email for direct connection to your email server, but only get HTML when going through Nokia's SHITTY email server which acts as a middle man. Much in the same fashion as DRUG DEALERS behave.
So in short, saying that Nokia sucks doesn't quite express how I feel about these douchebags. It's simply NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY and it will go bankrupt in the not far future. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SHIT!
Having had a N85 for less than a year, and this has to be the worst phone I've ever had! The keypad cracked and fell off once and I had to argue with the Nokia 'care' centre to get them to fix it, then it cracked again (no,I didn't drop the phone). Now the earpice has packed up on it as well.
Nokia really have lost the plot now. They used to make really good phones, but I'm not sure I'd buy another Nokia now.
I have bought favored Nokia phones for about 8 years. I have enjoyed a lot of the features. But!!!!!!!!!!
I am getting so disillusioned the poor after sales service and lack of parts and problems with handset and Nokia Suite. My contacts are getting screwed up. By that I mean things like, contacts being deleted, part of the info like emails being deleted, contacts being doubled or their info being double under same contact. I have an E75, rated the second best symbian phone by Gadgets Mag. Have they tried using it. Don't get me wrong, its not all bad. I love some of the features. It's just frustrating having contacts deleted, not being able to connect to Nokia bluetooth devices, ring tone changing on is own, alarms not working all the time, not getting notifications no matter how I change settings etc etc. Some of the service people I have worked with are super and put a lot of effort into assisting me. I just got my phone back after it was sent out of town to fix bluetooth problems and get it back and it discover new problems. I don't enjoy having to baby sit my handset. Another confusing irritation. Why have PC Suite and Ovi Suite. Why not have the one replacing the other. Now I run PC Suite to sync business doc's on memory card because Ovi does not have this function, and try to use Ovi Suite to back up other info. I do updates all the time and take all add-on's and do what I can to ensure my handset does not malfunction. Submit queries to on their website only to get poor replies that leave me wondering if person on the other side even bothered to read the first line of my complaint. I have to say I am consider looking at a different brand as I need reliable equipment to assist me at my work and home. What happened to the good old days of reliable 3310??????
Mark done a poopy!!!!!

Hi,
I need to purchase an LCD screen for a Nokia 6220 Classic. I do not need it installed for me, as the installation is easy (as you will know). I just need the part.
I would like to purchase this LCD screen from you early tomorrow afternoon when I will be driving through Chatswood. Please confirm (in the morning if you can) whether you have the screen in stock, and how much you can sell it to me for when I come by to pick it up.
Thank you,
Matt Groves

Dear ‘Nokia Care’,
You said:
‘Sorry for the inconvenience.’
Excuse me? Although the person who responded to my email below may well feel contrite about the poor service this Nokia policy provides, your apology is not accepted as it is a very blatant lie; ‘Nokia Care’ management are not sorry at all – they have deliberately created my inconvenience.
You said:
‘We are not authorised by Nokia to sell parts individually. If you would like the LCD replaced, you will need to have it repaired by one of our technicians.’
Today I simply wanted a part from you. The part is easily replaced without a screwdriver. I can replace it in about a minute. Your organisation is refusing to provide this part, insisting that to acquire it from you I must spend money on one of your ‘technicians’ to install the part, and wait up to a day or more before I am able to use my phone again.
Your policy results in very poor service by you.
I have been told at your Chatswood ‘Nokia Care’ centre that:
‘All the mobile phone manufacturers do this’
What a lame excuse. Translation: ‘All our competitors provide poor service so, it’s resonable for us to do it.’ Or ‘You won’t get anything better from our competitors, so get used to it sucker.’
Given the simplicity of fitting this part, it is like being told at my shoe store that to acquire a new set of shoes identical to the old ones, I must spend money on one of their ‘technicians’ to put the shoes on my feet, and wait up to a day or more before I am able to walk normally again. Note that we are not applying any skill to the selection of the shoes here, we are just putting them on and tieing laces.
It is apparent to me that ‘Nokia Care’ is an oxymoron.
Every mobile phone I have owned since my 2110 in 1994 has been a Nokia. Seven of them? You could say I have been a loyal customer. Your management has foolishly inconvenienced this loyal customer for (hopefully) the last time.
My current 6220C has been my worst Nokia phone for reliability, with issues including
* intermittent reboot loops requiring removal of the battery to get the phone working again,
* the phone shutting itself off on receipt of calls several times each month,
* intermittent freezing during saving of video losing me precious recordings that can’t be replaced on many occasions I’ve used the video functionality,
to mention a few of the phone’s problems.
As part of the vocal minority, I’m doing you people a favour and letting you know my plans with regard to future purchases of Nokia products, and how I’ll be discussing my experiences of ‘Nokia Care’. As your marketing people will know, for every 1 in the vocal minority, there are 10 or 20 in the silent majority who feel the same way, but won’t tell you about it. Most dissatisfied customers will just walk away from you to your competitors, and you’ll never know why.
Your marketing people should also know it cost more to get a new client that hold an existing client. You’ve blown it with this now ex-customer.
Wise to forward this email to senior management. They need to understand the consequences of their poor service (=marketing) decisions.
I will purchase the part I need on this occasion on eBay from a reputable seller who will give me what I want for a small fraction of the cost of your ‘service’ (note the small ‘s’) and who will have it shipped to me within a few days. I will then tolerate my last Nokia phone for the remainder of my contract or I may chose to ditch it if the opportunity arises at my convenience.
I will share my experiences of ‘Nokia Care’ with people I care about whenever stories about poor customer service are being discussed, I will probably publish this email thread on various relevant blogs for the information of others, and I will be careful to purchase a brand other than Nokia for my next phone.
Regards,
Matt Groves
I LIKE YOUR BLOG
NOKIA SUCKS FOREVER
I have a Nokia N900 and when I tried to get it repaired under Warranty for the damn USB slot broke off (with little force might I add).
At the end of constantly mailing back and forth being told they will not help me because I am in Canada, I requested to be transferred to a manager or supervisor; someone who could possibly make an administrative decision instead of citing company policies, I got called a couple times by their "officers" only to be told the same things written in the emails. It is "against" their company policy and "impossible" for them to take care of a Canadian customer with a US product. I asked the last individual named Ann in the service department (reference number 1-11256037045) to transfer me to her supervisor and she told me that she was the highest possible contact that I could reach. during the time-wasting phone call I learned that the only possible way to reach any management in USA or Canada was to write and mail a letter to their headquarters. All of this for a damn design flaw guaranteed by warranty. I may as well just have it sent in via someone I know who travels down to the states all the time and get it repaired or just have it repaired locally at a cell phone repair shop knowing the horror stories of those who tried to go through with the repair process.
At the end of the day I refuse to do business with Nokia again. What a horrible company with their disgusting business practices, outsourced/useless customer service/repair centres, and overall a headache and a half.
Nokia is indeed to be avoided. Warn your friends and if possible sue the vendors. They only listen when you hit them in the heart I mean their money.

I once ate a phone, it wasn't a Nokia tho but it tasted really good. You know when a phone is going to taste good cause it looks like a nokia but really isn't... stick that up your ass fuck face.
hi to all nokia lovers and haters
i used to be one of the biggest nokia fans on the face of the earth till the day i bought a n97 mini and a n8 these two phones ruoned my love for nokia ive been using the n97 mini for just one fucking week and guess what it? The battery dies after every phone call i make even though i charged it it shuts off sometimes when i make a call it takes years just to open my photo library and the n8 is the exact same thing i hate it like hell and i decided to finally buy a blackberry the blackberry is fine battery life is average not that bad apps and faster processser and all of this is a blackberry...........curve yes i said it a blackberry curve just beat the crap out of nokia (btw im making this comment from my blackberry and warning dont get a freakin nokia unless u dont mind to be embaressed by its awfullness)
Bought a Nokia E5 less than six months ago. The battery inexplicably died two weeks back even though it had been handled with utmost care. The phone just refused to start even while the charger was connected. I gave it in for repair (after standing in line for three hours). Two weeks later (viz. today) when I got it back, all they had done was a software reset. The phone still didn't start. It was obvious that wouldn't because the problem was clearly a busted battery.
So thanks to the incompetent Nokia (or should I say Chutia) Centre Employees, I have lost valuable info along with being inconvenienced for half a month. Now it's going to take two MORE weeks for the battery replacement.
A warranty does not mean that you can make a s***ty product. Out of the 8 phones my family has owned, only the 2 Nokia phones have given problems. This horrible experience has left a bitter taste and I am never purchasing a Nokia product again.
Why the hell these devices are still available. The development of application is entirely sick with secret personal emails to support mailbox and stupid activation routines which could be automated and will cost less reading of the ambiguous articles.
At the end the Ovi application just stopped. I have updated several firmwares until Symbian Anna and several updates on this silly Ovi Store but no result - STILL NOT WORKING ^_^
The people who have faced these high-quality services of NOKIA do different tricks to overwhelm Ovi defenses and make it work, but in each case the approach differs. I still trying some of them in case I make my ovi running.
This is sad, Symbian could be one of the leading OS, but the management seems to sucks very well (or I don't know).
Android and iOS are taking more positions and thanks they are more User and Developer friendly (WELL WORKING in most of cases) and the future.
you know when you jam it in really hard and it bleeds?
no?
--well fuck you cunt.

I recently bought a Nokia and let me just point out that this is my biggest regret I've ever done. I had plan to get an iPhone 5s but I just had to listen to my other instinct to get the freaking Nokia. And I check it out and I hated it....
1) they don't have apps that Android and iPhone has.
2) Things seem well... Too unorganized.
